"Red Ribbon Corporate Gifts Helps us provide a consistent and memorable client experience in all our offices.
We engaged the services of Red Ribbon Gifts as we needed a gift solution that would ensure that a high quality welcome gift was sent to all our new high end clients. The gift needed to be sent promptly after the SOA was signed and needed to be a gift that was appropriate for each client. We needed a centralised solution to ensure that the gift process was easy and consistent for all our offices. With all our staff at capacity it was clear an in-house approach was not going to meet our requirements.
Red Ribbon Gifts was able to provide us with a streamlined solution that would help us achieve our client experience goals. Kate from Red Ribbon listened to our needs and thoroughly researched gifts appropriate for our clients based on life stages, interests and price ranges. Kate then worked with a peer group within Invest Blue to determine the initial gift catalogue. An Invest Blue Red Ribbon website was created and all Client Managers were provided with training on how to order the gifts. The website is very easy to navigate with gifts able to be ordered within minutes. All gifts are wrapped in Invest Blue branded packaging, include a personlalised welcome note from the Financial Adviser and are delivered to the client's doorstep within one week.
The Red Ribbon Gifts solution has been in place at Invest Blue for 6 months now and the feedback from clients and our people has been extremely positive. Many clients have contacted our offices telling them how pleasantly surprised they were to receive our gift. The Financial Advisers and Client Managers love the fact that they can so easily provide their clients with such a high touch client experience.
