RETURNS POLICY
Red Ribbon Gifts is determined to take the hassle out of shopping for the right gift online!
If you (or the gift recipient) is not 100% happy with the gift, return the goods within 7 days in the original packaging and condition and we will happily organise an exchange of goods to the same value, or refund.
Customers must bear the cost of freight when exchanging goods. Goods must be received in original condition so please take care to package appropriately.
