Red Ribbon Gifts engages the services of Startrack Couriers (mostly for Corporate Hampers and Corporate gifts) and Australia Post. 
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $13.95 Australia wide.

Startrack Express
Startrack Express satchels are fast, economical and fully traceable in real time via their track and trace technology up until the moment goods are signed for upon delivery. Under the joint ownership of Qantas and Australia Post, Startrack Express has the credentials and resources you can rely on. Gifts sent via Startrack generally take 1- 2 business days however please allow more time for regional areas, WA and NT. Please call Red Ribbon Gifts on 1800 733 742 for exact transit times. Please note: Startrack Express can not deliver to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address.  

Regular Parcel Delivery
Goods sent via Regular Parcel Delivery can not be tracked. Therefore, Red Ribbon Gifts does not take any responsibly for undelivered items. Please contact Red Ribbon Gifts on 1800 733 742
  or email at if you would like to register your gift at an extra change. Or alternately you can choose the Express post option.

Express Post
You can choose to have goods sent via Express Post at an additional cost. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery to locations within the same Express Post Next Business Day network on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with the conditions set out on the Express Post item. International Delivery

. We use the services of Australia Post for international deliveries.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on chosen mode of delivery and destination. Generally gifts take 2 business days from dispatch however please allow more time for regional areas, WA and NT. Please phone Red Ribbon Gifts on 1800 733 742
for exact times. Please allow more time for delivery during the Christmas season.

In most cases orders received by 12pm weekdays will be dispatched that day - otherwise orders will be dispatched next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following working day (Monday, unless a public holiday coincides).

Red Ribbon Gifts does not dispatch on weekends or public holidays - orders placed on these days will be dispatched next business day.

Delivery Details

Please ensure you include the correct delivery details as goods returned to Red Ribbon Gifts will incur a re-dispatch fee. Red Ribbon Gifts recommends delivery to workplace addresses - if the recipient of goods is more likely to be at work. Please provide authority in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS field in the shopping cart for the gift to be left at reception if your unable to sign for delivery.  Startrack Express does not deliver to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address.

Transit Cover
Transit cover can be arranged with Australia Post at an additional cost. Please enquire at or phone toll free 1800 733 742. Transit cover dose not extend to jewellery.

Red Ribbon Gifts is not liable for goods that are damaged in transit, however if you receive your package in poor condition we want to hear about it. Please contact us on 1800 733 742 or

Delivery of Goods
It is not the responsibility of Red Ribbon Gifts to guarantee the delivery of goods. If goods do not arrive, please advise Red Ribbon Gifts on 1800 733 742
 or email and we will take up an investigation with Australia Post and/or Startrack Express. Red Ribbon Gifts is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the delivery of late goods. Late delivery does not entitle the customer to cancel the order.

Payment Methods

Red Ribbon Gifts accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Deposit. If you are not comfortable placing your order over the internet, that's fine - just call 1800 733 742 and speak to a team member of Red Ribbon Gifts who will gladly arrange a payment method that is best for you!


Petals charge a flat rate of $18 for handling/preparation of goods and delivery which is included in the displayed price.
Australian and New Zealand orders are guaranteed same day delivery if Petals receives the order on weekdays before 2.30pm and 10:30am on Saturday Australian time. The exception will be remote areas where a courier from the nearest florist cannot be found to meet this timetable. No Sunday deliveries are guaranteed.
While Petals will try their best to deliver at specific delivery times (example 10am) we cannot guarantee this due to uncertainties with the nearest florist’s courier timetable.

Orders to other countries are difficult to guarantee delivery times due to time zones and other operating issues. Petals suggests 48 hours be allowed. Petals uses the services of florists and relay services around the world. We are confident these supply-side florists will try their best to deliver to the customer’s specifications. However we cannot guarantee specific flowers due to uncertainties on availability around the world. Petals have a Substitution Policy on its websites that explains a formula for the completion of orders where all order criteria cannot be met.
In the event of a dispute over an order, Petals undertakes to endeavour to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of all parties.
